Non-refundable pitch holding fee for the park fees due in October. Balance is due by the beginning of January with refunds in accordance to your licence agreement minus any admin or processing fees.

Static Holiday Bookings

Non-refundable deposits must be paid when booking. Refunds on balance will only be available up to 8 weeks before commencement of the holiday booking except in exceptional circumstances minus any admin or processing fees.

Buying a Static Caravan

If you have changed your mind, you have 14 days cooling off period from date of invoice where you can have a refund of your deposit minus any admin or processing fees.
