Canllaw Hygyrchedd – Accessibility Guide

Croeso – Welcome

As a holiday caravan park we aim to make everyone’s stay as enjoyable as possible and are committed to providing suitable access for all our customers, whatever their individual needs.

This accessibility guide is for Rosehill Caravan Park and there is a separate accessibility guide for Redford Caravan Park.

Our aim is to accurately describe our facilities and services, to give you confidence to have the most appropriate accommodation for your specific requirements.

We understand that many people have different access needs from those with hearing and visual impairments to wheelchair users, to those with mobility problems and push chair users, to those with non-visible impairments such as dementia and mental health illnesses.

We are always looking at ways to make to make small adjustments to our parks to improve each individual guest’s experience. If you have any suggestions during your stay with us, please pop into reception or call us to let us know.
